The CW Network continues with Season 2 of DC's Legends of Tomorrow. As the group time-travels to the era of Justice Society of America, will the original speedster Jay Garrick (John Wesley Shipp) end up fighting Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill)?

As we previously mentioned, the stakes have risen so high that heroes alone are not enough. Having seen the apocalyptic future, time-traveling rogue Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill) is tasked with assembling a misfit group of heroes and villains to confront an unstoppable threat. To save time itself and the entire planet from destruction, can this ragtag team defeat the immortal Vandal Savage (Casper Crump)?

In the finale recap, Rip Hunter and the team were just about to enter the Waverider, when suddenly the same spaceship arrived and crashed down. Out of the wreckage, Rex Tyler aka Hourman (Patrick J. Adams) showed up and warned the others of their impending doom. Not only did Rex mention danger is on the way, he also mentioned the Justice Society of America is coming too.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, The Flash actor reveals, "There have been endless suggestions and possibilities [that I can cross over to Legends as Jay Garrick]. Jay Garrick formed the Justice Society. Not that I know of anything concrete, but this character is so open-ended. Henry Allen had a shelf life. He had one purpose: to be there to support Barry. Jay Garrick, it's wide open. Who knows what we're going to see? That's very exciting."
