Prophets of Rage has spent its time performing live in front of audiences to make themselves known as a group, and now they're ready to release their first ever EP, titled The Party's Over.

The band, composed of members from Rage Against The Machine, Public Enemy and Cypress Hill are releasing this EP through Caroline Records on the 26th of August, but the project will also be available for pre-order on the 19th, just in time for the start of their tour, aptly named Make America Rage Again.

According to Rolling Stone, "two tracks will premiere on Apple Music's Beats 1 Radio station: A live version of "No Sleep Til Cleveland" will debut via Matt Wilkinson's show on August 18th and "The Party's Over" will hit Zane Lowe's show on the 25th."

The Party's Over EP will be composed of 5 songs, all of which are about the very eventful 2016 elections. Three of them are live tracks, with "No Sleep 'Til Cleveland" being the band's "2016 take on the Beastie Boys' "No Sleep 'Til Brooklyn"" according to Billboard.

The EP will also have their take on Rage Against the Machine's "Killing in the Name" as well as Public Enemy's "Shut 'Em Down" and "Prophets of Rage," the song of which the band named themselves after.

The Make America Rage Again tour starts Friday, the 19th of August, in Fairfax, Virginia, and will go on to 35 more cities up to October 16, when it ends in Chula Vista, California. A portion of the proceeds from the tour will go to a charity for the homeless and the hungry.
