When Flava Flav does anything, he does it big. Whether it's the clock around his neck, a reality show which has him picking a wife from a harem of woman, or, in the case of an early morning police stop on Thursday morning in Las Vegas, not even a quick stop is simple. When Nevada Highway patrol pulled Flav over, it seemed as if they would be dealing with a simple speeding ticket.
