The epic battle between the two friends and two great fighters, Naruto and Sasuke was not the end for the much loved Manga series "Naruto Shippuden".

It was earlier rumored that the episodes 476 and 477, which aired back-to-back on September 29, would be the last. However, it was reported by iTechPost that there will be episodes to follow.

Sasuke, because of his decision to kill the five Kages, is viewed as pure evil in previous episodes. Episode 476 shows that the reason for his decision is because of his love for peace. Just like his brother, Itachi, he is loyal to Konoha and will do anything to protect it even if others viewed it negatively.

The nation have always sought for the tailed beasts, being the ultimate weapons of war, and to prevent its misuse Sasuke was keen on killing them as well as the five Kages. He believes that peace will not be attained unless the current power system is dissolved.

Naruto is the current Jinchuuriki, thus the reason for him getting in the list of being killed by Sasuke. Both the fighters' powers and forces were showcased in this much awaited battle.

It was also shown in Episode 476 that Sakura was attacked by Sasuke with a genjutsu and immobilized her. Sasuke later told Naruto, when asked, that he did it not because he just wanted to but because she may get in the way during their fight. This action, somehow, suggests that Sasuke have a soft spot for Sakura, according to GameNGuide.

Despite of a black and white preview, the "Final Battle" episode was in full color.

According to a report, episode 478 will air on October 6 and will show the aftermath of the war and also of restoration plans of the Shinobi World.

Episode 479 will be the final episode and will be released on October 13. The episode will recap all that happened after the war and will show the new generation of ninjas.

It was rumored that a series featuring Boruto, along with the new generation of ninjas, is already in the works. Anime fans everywhere will surely not miss this.
