Well you probably saw this coming. After country star Brad Paisley and rapper LL Cool J teamed up for the controversial new song "Accidental Racist" a media firestorm broke out. Paisley and Cool J defended their song, but that doesn't mean they can avoid the resulting parodies. "Saturday Night Live" mocked the song and now Comedy Central's Stephen Colbert has taken his turn with "Oopsie-Daisy Homophobe."

If people thought "Accidental Racist" was controversial, Colbert took his turn at creating another controversial song on his late night talk show "The Colbert Report." The over five minute video below demonstrates Colbert's clever humor when handling the video's controversial lyrics. Colbert breaks down the lyrics in the song and criticizes the song for being bad.

An argument could made that Colbert's song is even more controversial than "Accidental Racist," but when done in the name of comedy Colbert can get away with the parody. Actor Alan Cumming joined in on the fun and had his own verses in the song "Oopsie-Daisy Homophobe." Colbert put on his cowboy hat and began singing to the delight of the studio audience. One of the edgier lines was Colbert's ""When I told you 'God hates fags'...The only thing I meant to say...Is I'm a Skynyrd fan." Cumming chimed in with his own line, "If you don't judge my parades / I'll forget what you said about monkeys and AIDS."

Maybe the funniest part of the entire video isn't the song itself, but the breaking down of the "Accidental Racist" lyrics. Colbert simply aknowledged that the song stinks. Do you agree with him? Sure, there has been a lot of controvesy surrounding the song, but no one mentions if they even like the song.

You can watch the entire "Colbert Report" segment below, including the song parody. What do you think of Colbert and Cumming's "Oopsie-Daisy Homophobe?"
