Former Twilight-Saga star Kristen Stewart opened up in an honest interview with Elle Magazine about her relationships stating " I'm not confused."
After a few months of an on again - off again relation relationship with visual-effects producer Alicia Cargile, the actress said that she "is not ashamed" of her love life. According to a Yahoo News article, Kristen further stated that "Things have changed. And not just with me," she said. "We're really allowed to encourage this new acceptance to develop and be awesome."
The couple's relationship may not be perfect but there is no doubt that they share genuine feeling towards each other as reported by People, where it said that the couple were last spotted together in August, when they grabbed a casual lunch in Los Angeles.
In the interview with Elle, the former "Twilight" actress also opened up about her past relationship with "Twilight" co-star Robert Pattinson. Explaining that excessive attention from the media contributed to their relationship back in 2013, Stewart added a statement saying. "People wanted me and Rob to be together so BADLY that our relationship was made into a product. Not that I want to hide who I am or hide anything I'm doing fine in my life. It's that I don't want to become a part of a story for entertainment value."
But putting the drama aside, Kristen Stewart has been rocking 2016 with not one but two movies released. The actress starred in the film "Equals" (released on May 26, 2016) with the dreamy Nicholas Hoult about a world that takes place in the future where emotions are long gone, but with the spreading of a mysterious disease the two of them started retrieving their feelings causing tension between them and society. Another movie she starred in that premiered on August 5, 2016 was Cafe Society, a movie set in the 1930's about a young man who moves to New York and falls in love with his uncle's secretary (Kristen's character).
As if that's not enough, Kristen is also said to direct her very first short film "Come Swim".
