Macbook Pro 2016 Updates: Release Date, Features, Price, and Leaks To Match Surface Pro 5

Right after the Microsoft launches its Surface Book 2 and Surface Pro 5, Apple is speculated to unveil its Macbook Pro 2016 at its October 27 event. Before the launch, here are the leaked reports.

Just like everybody expected before about the Macbook Pro launch date, will be in October this year, it proves all the speculations to be right for the official launch. Consequently, ahead of this launch date, a lot of details about the Macbook Pro 2016 have been leaked a few days before.

According to HNGN, a report was issued by KGI Securities Ming-Chi Kuo and reveals that there will be three new models to come up from Apple on October 27 events. A 15-inch Macbook Pro will lead the way, followed by a 13-inch Macbook Pro and the last but not the least is the all-new 13-inch Macbook.

Leaks also revealed that a context-sensitive touchscreen would be the key feature of the new Macbook Pro 2016. The benefit of this newly designed touchscreen is that it will allow users to have and enjoy access to simple commands and quick actions.

 Furthermore, the overall design of the Macbook Pro 2016 will also come out to be different from previous models of Macbooks, as per Itech Post. A thinner and lighter Macbook Pro 2016 will be revealed at the event, and Apple is expecting on the other hand that fans and tech enthusiasts would love it.

Another is that an all new OLED function key will be experienced in the new Macbook Pro 2016, which feature more than the standard keyboard making the Macbook more efficient and easy to use. Likewise, as some leaks also claim the Macbook Pro 2016 will have a Touch ID, as speculated before that is likely to be placed right beside the keyboard for easy user access.

More so, this Macbook Pro 2016 will rely primarily on USB-C for power and connectivity instead of multiple ports system. Most notably are the price which is expected to be more than $1,200 and the release date according to Kuo should not be expected before the first half of 2017 after the announcement
