Costco offers discounts for consoles and devices for Black Friday

Costco's ads have leaked online, giving a peek on the deals and discounts the store has to offer. With a couple of weeks to go before Black Friday, a lot of retailers in and outside the United States are sending out ads to their members.

The two-page flyer that was leaked, as shown by Tech Times, featured several discounts on tech gadgets, as well as on gaming consoles. While appearing to be just a small portion of Costco's entire shopping guide, there are some items on it that are worth noting.

It seems that gaming consoles are one of the hot items this season, as Costco is giving out a $50 discount for both its 500GB Xbox One S and Playstation 4 consoles, placing them at $250 each. The Playstation 4 will be packaged with two wireless controllers and the game Uncharted, while the Xbox One is bundled with a controller and the Minecraft Favorites game.

Costco is also offering a $250 discount for its Microsoft Surface Pro 4 bundle, according to Network World. The 12.3-inch touchscreen tablet is powered by an Intel Core i5 processor, a 4GB RAM with 128GB internal storage. The bundle comes with a Surface Pen and a Type Cover. The Dell XPS 13 also gets a $300 price cut, which comes packed with Office 365 good for a year.

Like most big retailers, Sam's Club and BJ's, however, Costco operates in a membership basis. This means that for shoppers to take advantage of the promotions, they have to be a member of the retailer. Opting to sign up with Costco has advantages, as members can get the same deals either by making the purchase online, or by visiting their brick and mortar locations.

The retailer is offering these deals from November 25^th to the 28^th. The store will be closed on the 24^th, in celebration of Thanksgiving.
