Barack Obama gives US allies assurance over Trump concerns

President Barack Obama is the 44th President of United States. The first African American that born outside of the continental United States. Before earning his law degree, he was a community organizer in Chicago.

President Barack Obama wanted to assure America's allies that the newly-elected President Donald Trump will honor the country's international alliances when President Donald Trump takes over in January 2017. Obama said that Trump has already expressed his interest in maintaining the commitment to Nato. It happens hours before Obama arrives in the Greek capital, Athens, for his final official overseas trip.

QNA stated after Obama finished his overseas trip in Greek, later he will travel to Germany and then Peru. He decided to use the final foreign visit to assure some leaders about the upcoming administration. The concern among world leaders has raised because of the string of controversial statements Trump made during his campaign.

On White House conference, Obama said his successor said that they already had expressed their great interest by maintaining their core strategic relationships. This also included the strong and healthy partnerships of Nato which convey enormous continuity of the world. He also pushes Trump to send signals of unity after the election battle.

Obama recommends Trump to do it publicly because of the  nature of his campaign of bitterness and cruelty of his agenda, it's also important to try to send signals of unity and reach out to the minority groups or others that concerned about the purpose of the campaign. He absolutely had concerns of Trump but pushed his fellow Democrats to accept and recognize how democracy works. PanARMENIAN Net reported.

For other development, Kremlin said that President Vladimir Putin speaks Trump by phone and agrees to work with him towards improving the relations between the two countries. Trump repeatedly praised the Russian President and describes Trump as a stronger leader than Barack Obama. Meanwhile, the Greek minister of the state Nikos Pappas said that they were surprised at what the election result is and added that everybody is still expecting the U.S. government will continue to be on their side.
