The Marvel's movie "Black Panther" is highly anticipated not just because of its story but is also because of the line-up of big stars that are set to take the roles. The movie is now considered as elite as Chadwick Boseman is now surrounded with award-winning personalities and the recent star that will board into the movie's line-up of stars will be Angela Bassett.

Marvel studios delivered the update through a press release and confirmed that the 'American Horror Story' actress, Angela Basset, will play as Ramonda, mother of T'Challa (Black Panther). In the comic book, Ramonda was actually T'Challa's stepmother but it seems that what is in the comic story won't always be in the real live action movie, Independent has reported.

Together with Angela Basset, Lupita Nyong'o will play the character of Nakia, the possible love interest of the hero. The cast includes Forest Whitaker (Zuri, elder statesman), Michael B. Jordan (villain Erik Killmonger), Danai Gurira, Winston Duke, Daniel Kaluuya, and Florence Kasumba. Marvel continues to cast talented actors even just in supporting roles that heavily enriched the entire story.

After the failed attempt of DC's 'Green Lantern' of Ryan Reynolds wherein Angela Bassett has made her first move into a superhero genre and played the character of Amanda Waller has eventually bounced back and found her way to Marvel as she now will be casting as one of the major roles in the MCU's 'Black Panther.'

Cinema Blend reported, that the character of Chadwick Boseman has already been introduced to the MCU in 'Captain America: Civil War.' So the movie won't entirely be an origin story as the main character were largely introduced and covered in Chris Evan's ''Captain America,'' but the film will be a huge forward for the Marvel as it will be covered and will be a direct continuation in several ways.

The revelation of the story will be the character of T'Chaka, Black Panther's father. T'Chaka was murdered and Angela Bassett's character, Ramonda will be the strongest parental figure. An interesting switch of Marvel.

"Black Panther" is expected to hit the theaters on February 16, 2018.
