The producer and rapper Kanye West was hospitalized on November 21 in Los Angeles. But the cause of the hospitalization of the 39-year-old rapper was still unknown, rumors suggest that the cause of the bizarre breakdown was more serious than self-deprivation and exhaustion as he becomes crazy and delusional as he 'screamed' that there were people trying to kill him. Jay-Z's name was in trouble.

November 19 was Kanye's Sacramento concert but the rapper showed up with at least 90 minutes late. He later announced and revealed to the crowd "I have been sent here to give you all my truth, even at the risk of my own life, my own success, my own career," he then continued "I have been sent here to give you all the truth. Jay-Z, call me, bruh! You still ain't call me! Jay-Z, call me! I know you got killers," Kanye said to his fans "Please don't send them at my head! Just call me! Talk to me like a man!"

The fans of the rapper were stunned as he stated those words in his concert that his on-off friend Jay-z hired killers after him. According to Radar Online, firemen transported Kanye to UCLA Medical Center and the treatment professional placed Kanye under a 5150 psychiatrist hold by his doctor, Dr. Michael Farzam.

An insider told that Kanye is being paranoid and having hallucinations as he was acting crazy and delusional. The 5150, according to a California law occurs when a person has a mental health disorder and is a danger to himself and to others. Kanye reportedly on suicide watch as his personal Doctor, Farzam told TMZ that Kanye was a male patient who has "mental illness."

Everyone was left in shock as Kanye claims that Jay-Z and Beyonce want to hurt him. The LAPD officers responded yesterday at 1:02 pm pst and his wife, Kim Kardashian rushed flying to New York just to be on Kanye's side.
