It hasn't been a smooth ride for all those who play "No Man's Sky." The game which was released for PC and PlayStation 4 in August 9, 2016 after years and years of delay was reported to have bugs that get in the way of the players' enjoyment. Developer Hello Games will be releasing a patch for "No Man's Sky" PC and here's what you need to know.

Since the release of "No Man Sky," Hello Games have been continually rolling out updates. The game reportedly has issues that need to be ironed and it includes players getting no progress and others say they cannot get a dialogue with an NPC. While some of these issues were fixed, some are still experiencing minor bugs and crashes.

A developer for "No Man's Sky" posted the patch notes on Steam and detailed the changes that will roll out in December for the PC version of the game. The "No Man's Sky" PC version will have a mod detection feature that will allow players to dismiss the warning with a click. Those with Azerty keyboards will be allowed to remap the quick and build menu. The patch will also fix crashes in rare circumstances and running the .exe file of the game will no longer result in Steam errors.

Additionally, those who play "No Man's Sky" with two or more monitors will no longer have a problem. The patch also has a preventative fix for when players experience having their core items transferring from the exosuit to the starship inventory. However, for those who have experienced this bug, the issue won't be fixed yet but another patch in the future will serve to fix it.

"No Man's Sky" was recently investigated by the Advertising Standards Authority for false advertising. Game Spot reports that the agency found no fault with the game and the developers.

"No Man's Sky" is currently available on the PS4, and PC. A PS4 Limited Edition and a digital download only versions of the game are also available.
