2017 will be an amazing year citing some mind-boggling and incredible lineups of gadgets and devices that will satiate gadget lovers who are eagerly waiting for Apple's special svent which will take place in March 2017.

Reports suggest that Apple is going to overhaul the iPad Mini series with its upcoming releases in 2017 from Apple Inc. The old iPad Mini might get revamped into iPad Pro Mini after possible rebranding in the upcoming March event. Apple Inc will be hosting its March event where it might unveil products such as iPad Mini 5 along the latest iPad Pro 2.

Rumors said that Apple will rebrand all its discontinued iPad Pro Series tablets and will unveil them with the new improved architecture and configuration. The upcoming iPad Pro 2 will have a bigger screen size of 10.5"  variant also Apple will release a smaller version that will be included in the iPad Pro 2 series.

The rumored rebranded iPad Pro Mini will be a smaller version of iPad Pro but the list of features and specifications will be generous enough. The new Mini 5 (2017) will have 3GB RAM coupled with Apple A9 chipset, Today reported. Furthermore, the iPad Pro Mini will feature 7.9" Retina IPS display with 1.2-megapixel front and 8-megapixel rear cameras. It will also include 3D Touch integrated with the aluminum chassis for a more durable iPad Pro Mini, as per Game n Guide.

The most awaited Apple iPad Mini 5 might also come to life in the upcoming March event. According to some sources, the upcoming iPad iteration will be available in three storage variant including 32GB which was not included in its predecessor. The other storage options that will also be available are 64GB and 124GB.

It still remains a mystery if Apple will discontinue the 7" iPad Mini or not. Nevertheless, the upcoming Apple March Event will be exciting for Apple fans. The giant tech company also has plans to unveil the next generation iPhone 8 in 2017.

A report published in MacWorld sparked speculations about the UK release of iPad Mini 5 after it announced the date of release as 31st March 2016. iPad Mini 4 on the other hand is the latest tablet in the Mini series for now.
