2017 is here and one of the best games of the year is also here. Gravity Rush 2, by Sony Interactive Entertainment will made its debut on Jan 20 in the UK. However, the reviews for the game are out and it seems it's going to be one of the best games of this year for the Sony Playstation 4.

Also known as Gravity Daze 2 in Japan, the game is based on the player's ability to manipulate gravity allowing for unique movements and move freely in the game flying around and looking for some special items which move the store along reports TheVerge. The game is based on a new story and is a completely new experience rather than just a simple sequel to the original Gravity Rush 2. However, the game picks up from where the Gravity Rush left off and the main characters are also the same.

The game is set in the floating city in the sky which is built onto man-made islands. Players can choose between three gravity styles namely Lunar, Jupiter or the original one from Gravity Rush, which will affect Kat's (The Main Character) ability and speed. Lunar is light and increases Kat's speed and ability to jump higher and on the contrary, Jupiter will make Kat feel heavy and give her attacks more impact as reported by ARSTechnica.

The new city in the game is much more vivid and colorful and since it is an open-world game, flying through the city is very exciting, Kat can chat with the inhabitants of the city and people will react accordingly. The Nevi has returned in Gravity Rush 2 along with other human soldiers. The game is around 40 hours long and has more than three times the missions in Gravity Rush and the map is around 2.5 times larger than the first installment. The gameplay is good but there are several camera issues and glitches from time to time such as frame drops.
