Mark your calendars because this Friday at 4am BST, Nintendo will release the most anticipated gaming console from Nintendo, the Nintendo Switch. Fans are very excited to see what this new generation of handheld console offers. So what exactly is to be expected in this new gaming platform?

The Price

There are a lot of factors to consider if you will buy a handheld console or not. One of the biggest factors considered is the price. As reported by PCAdvisor, that the switch is offered earlier by Gamestop for £399 pre-order price in its now defunct UK site. Tesco also offered a price before, when the Nintendo Switch was called NX for £349. Ben Parfitt of MCV writers shared his insight and is said that the price is reasonably high.

"This is a machine that is targeting the mass market, and Nintendo certainly plans for it to have a mass market price. Price is one Wii U mistake Nintendo is determined not to repeat. This could be NX's single biggest win." Parfitt said.

Another prediction is from a Reddit post that an employee from Best Buy in US claimed that the price would be $249.99. There's a lot of suggested price, but don't worry as we will soon find out the price.

The Games

Mario will make this console his new home as there are many Mario games in development for Nintendo Switch. Mario Kart and Splatoon is also said to be one of the games heading to the console, according to Polygon. There's also Legend of ZeldaL Breath of the Wild announced to be available on Switch. Expect a game galore as many companies, such as Activision, Bethesda, and more will support Nintendo Switch.

The Controllers, Accessories and Specs

Nintendo Switch is expected to come with multi-touch screen. A "dock "that will let you play games on TV Screens is also expected. And detachable controllers are also expected. These are called "Joy-Con" which is expected to be attached on left and right side of the switch.

According to The Guardian, Switch will come with 6.2" 720p display. A Nvidia Tegra chipset is also expected to be inside the Switch.

Will There be Friend Codes?

Some gamers would really want to remove those annoying Friend Codes and Polygon expects that Nintendo will put the Nintendo Account System in good use for the Nintendo Switch.
