American Automobile icon and energy company "Tesla Motors" has launched their new "Model 3" electric car. Model 3 of Tesla is said to be one of the most updated and technically dreamed car in the world.

According to Tesla, Tesla Model 3 can be driven for 215 miles on single charge. The care can reach a speed of 60 miles per Second in just 6 Seconds. Equipped with 5 seats, Tesla model 3 is also equipped with 5-star safety measures. Tesla Model 3 has also the credit of auto-piolet hardware and super charge technology. Tesla has announced the initial price of the Tesla Model 3 as 35,000 US dollars that can be booked for advanced payment of 1000 US dollars.

Production of Tesla Model is due to start in quarter 2 of this year and till 2018, the new Gigafacroty will be able to process 35 GWh/ year of Lithium-ion batteries equal to nearly the entire production of the world. According to the company, Tesla Model 3 is designed for safety and latest safety technology and gadgets have been installed supported by safety software.

Tesla Model 3 attracted attention from all over the world when it was introduced back on March 31 2016.

The new Tesla Model 3 is claimed to be energy efficient, cost efficient, environment friendly and technically most updated car ever produced. However, according to iTechPost, Tesla is already 2750 units short of production. This is the real production the company predicted during the 4^th quarter of 2016. During this quarter 4 of 2016 Tesla delivered 22,200 vehicles but still they are 2750 vehicles short of demand. This is an indicator of the customer trust and market credibility that Tesla has earned over the years for its quality and consumer friendly products.

Some of the deficiency was caused due customers delay in receiving their already ordered vehicles. Tesla produced 24882 units in the 4^th quarter of last year. This year in quarter 1, Tesla has shipped about 6450 vehicles to the customers.
