'Flip or Flop' Couple Separates: Tarek El Mousa, Christiana Move For Divorce

Real life wife and husband Tarek El Mousa and Christina are hosts of HGTV weekly Series "Flip or Flop" since 2012. Real estate agents, both Tarek and Christiana, suffered a business downfall in southern California when real estate business collapsed.

According to hollywoodlife, Tarek and Christiana were living separately since spring of 2016. The news of their separation was leaked in December 2016. According to news reports, an emergency call to local Police lead to crisis between the couple. Despite living separately, the couple was seen appeared jointly and no signs of stress were visible between them.

According to unconfirmed reports, Tarek El Mousa found something inappropriate in Christiana's Phone that led to their separation. Sources familiar to the Couple revealed that Christiana had established relations with their family contractor Gary Anderson.

Tarek was silent during all the developments despite being frequently inquired by friends and media persons. According to intouch weekly, the 'Flip or Flop' Star referred to movie 'Why Him?' and said that the movie  now represent his present life. Tarek filed a divorce this month pleading for financial support from Christiana. In his law suit, Tarek also requested for blocking Christiana from any financial demands from the Plaintiff. Intouch Weekly quoted the HGTV sources as saying that their executives will ask the couple to reunite and save the show. The HGTV source also revealed that the couple has been given an ultimatum to either finish their contracts or face legal action.

Divorce will not be simple issue for the couple as they have several joint business ventures. Apart from 'Flip or Flop' both Tarek El Mousa and Christiana have a joint Company. They also organize seminars jointly where people learn how to flip houses. Their separation will not only harm their business interests but also the Show 'Flip or Flop'. According to reports, Christiana is thinking for a 'Flip or Flop' of her own. It is revealed that HGTV is not interested in Christiana's solo 'Flip or Flop'.

Looking after and custody of their children will be a legal issue between the couple. Divorce will also affect their children and families. Christiana has confirmed his relations with Gary. A straighter statement on separation issues is still awaited from Tarek.
