Xiaomi Mi Notebook 2: Release Date, Specs And Analysis

Beijing based Chinese electronics manufacturer Xiaomi was founded in 2010 by a group of Chinese entrepreneurs. Since then, Xiaomi has achieved victorious advances in the electronics market. Presently, Xiaomi has earned enough confidence and now competing Samsung, Google, Apple and other big brands not only in Asia but in Europe and America. In 2015, total income of Xiaomi was recorded as 20 Billion US dollars. Xiaomi products range from laptops, smartphones, tablets to power banks, Smart TVs and even drones. Xiaomi owns a competitive Operating System for its devices called MIUI, a Xiaomi version of Android Operating System.

According to androidheadlines, IDC vice president Wang JiPing revealed the details of Xiaomi Notebook Air 2. In 2016, Xiaomi launched Xiaomi Notebook Air which earned success and respect for Chinese electronics icon. 111000 copies of Xiaomi Air were sold in the last quarter of 2016 only.

According to some details, Xiaomi body is made of Lithium-Magnesium Alloy which is 25 percent less in weight than Aluminum Metal Alloys. Final date of official release is not disclosed but Wang said that Assembly of Xiaomi Notebook Air 2 will begin in mid-April this year. Here it can be predicted that Xiaomi Notebook Air 2 will be ready for official release around early 3^rd quarter of 2017.

According to Xiaomi, Xiaomi Air was released with 13.3-inch display, a full-sized screen, 6^th generation Core i5 processor, 9.5-hour battery time, 8GB DDR4 RAM, 256 GB SSD PCIe and NVIDIA GeForce dedicated Graphics card 940 MX.

It can surely be predicted that Xiaomi Air 2 will be released with specifications better than Xiaomi Notebook Air. Xiaomi Notebook Air is Ultra-Slim, Ultra-light with edge to edge protection. Price of Xiaomi Notebook Air was equivalent to US$ 750.

New Xiaomi Notebook Air is believed to be released in a cost-effective manner which will have the advantage of consumer trust that Notebook Air has won.
