'Yokai Watch 2' Is Finally Coming To Europe In April After A Year Delay

The much awaited Yokai-Watch game is finally confirmed to reach Europe after so many months of waiting. The JRPG has been released in Japan for quite some time now. The game publisher Nintendo announced that the game will be available on April 7 for 3DS.

According to GameSpot, both versions of the game have been out in Japan since July 2016. It was followed by American launch in September last year. The game was also released in Australia and New Zealand in in October last year. European release will be coming this 2017, but fans need to wait a little longer. The game is slated to come on April 7 on Europe, followed by its South Korea release on April 20.

The Nintendo Europe official account tweeted last February 2 that the said pair of game will be out on April 7.

The game has been very popular since its first Yokai Watch. Nintendo reported that the first Yokai watch was sold out faster than it did in Japan. It is possible that Nintendo made certain that there will be enough stocks for the Yokai Watch 2, resulting to for the delay of its launch.

The game have two versions, the Yokai Watch 2: Bony Spirits and Yokai Watch 2: Fleshy Souls. As reported by Game Skinny, each version has a unique Yokai of its own. Fleshy Soul will feature these Yokais exclusively: Kyubi, Wydeawake, Toadal Dude, Kantetsu, Count Zapaway, Zappary, Hiraishin, SV Snaggerjag , (Boss), Komasan S, Boyclops. Wotchagot and Pride Shrimp. On the other hand, be sure to take note of these Yokai on Bony Spirits: Venoct, Failian, Arachnus ,Jibanyan S ,Firewig ,Irewig ,Slimamander (Boss ,Niku-kui Otok ,Mayoigurama ,Herbiboy ,Dassensha and Faysoff.

Though Yokais can be traded later on, some of the game exclusive Yokais are rather hard to find. Well this isn't the official line of the franchise but, make sure to catch them all.
