When the "Dragon Ball Xenoverse DLC arrives, new characters will be introduced into the game. Bandai Namco is reported to be working on another DLC which will be based on the "Dragon Ball Super" anime series.

In particular, the upcoming "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" DLC is speculated to introduce characters from the Future Trunks arc of the anime. The new update is expected to bring into the game powerful "Dragon Ball Super" characters that could include the arc's arch villains Zamasu and Super Saiyan Pink Goku Black, Universer 6 god of destruction Champa and his attendant Vados, as well as the fusion of Goku and Vegeta with the use of the Potara Earrings known as Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Vegito.

Apparently, the inclusion of these "Dragon Ball Super" characters into "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" was already in the works even before the anime came out, revealed game producer Masayuki Hirano in  a Crunchyroll interview at the Gamescon 2016. Hirano noted that there have been increasing clamor from players to include the anime characters, a request that Bandai Namco is happy to oblige.

Aside from the introduction of "Dragon Ball Super" characters, there are new improvements that will be introduced by the upcoming "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" DLC. For instance, players can expect a vastly bigger Toki Toki City for players to roam around.

Due to the increased size of the city, the upcoming "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" update will also introduce more travel and communications options. Players will be able to roam the wider city by flying or by driving a hover car. A greater interaction between players is also assured by Masayuki Hirano.

Bandai Namco recently dropped two new "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2"  DLC trailers showcasing two characters from the "Dragon Ball Super" anime. These trailers show Universe 6 god of destruction Champa as well as his attendant Vados.

At the moment, there is no definite "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" DLC release date. However, there are speculations that the update will arrive later this month, reports iDigitalTimes. Be sure to stay tuned to MStarsNews for updates.
