Taylor Swift made her first and probably the only performance of this year in Pre-Super Bowl concert on Saturday, February 4, in Houston. During the Super Saturday Night event, the "Blank Space" songstress debut her latest, "I Don't Wanna Live Forever", collaboration with Zayn Malik which is also a soundtrack of "Fifty Shades Darker".

Swift wowed the audiences with a medley of her tracks from "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" to her latest tracks from her latest album. She also performed an acoustic version of "This Is What You Came For", a track she co-wrote with ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris. Swift looks dashingly gorgeous with a sparkling fringed black Versace romper as she told the audiences that her duet partner, Malik, unfortunately, couldn't make it to the arena to sing the track together.

The 27-year-old singer excitedly asked the audiences to sing Malik's verses and feel her energy of excitement since it was her first time singing "Fifty Stages Darker" live on stage. "I am so excited because I never sing this live," said Tay as reported by E! News. Lady Gaga might have headlined the half-time show, but Swift owned the pre-show. Swift began her set at 11.30 p.m. after Ruby Rose introduced her to come on stage. Swift's two-hour-show also featured her sparkling piano performance.

However, Swift's performance at Pre-Super Bowl gig might have brought not a very good news for all Swifties out there. Tay confirmed that she's only doing one show in 2017, and her performance on Saturday night is that one show. Rolling Stone has reported that Swift had only performed occasionally since wrapping her 1989 World Tour in December 2015. The pop star is also reported to sign a partnership contract with AT&T that will include performances like her gig in Pre-Super Bowl event as well as other content.

Besides Swift, other performers like Red Hot Chili Peppers and Run-D.M.C also took the stage the day before the Super Bowl event. Last year, the show featured Kanye West and Rihanna. Past Super Bowl performers include Beyonce and Jay-Z, Katy Perry, and Justin Timberlake.
