It came as a surprise when Taylor Swift collaborated with former One Direction member Zayn Malik, for their latest track "I Don't Wanna Live Forever". The song hit the number one position on the U.S iTunes charts with just an hour of its release. Looking back at Taylor's situation last year she was the highest paid musician, despite her ups and downs and absence in of new music as per The Guardian.

Malik, on the other hand, left the boy band One Direction last year, it was his debut album "Mind of Mine" that brought positive reviews and it also kept him and his fans going for a while. Now that Malik has returned with a surprising song with Taylor he still has the show going on.

According to BBC, the appearance of the stars in the music video has created a gossip about the couple pairing up. But that does not seem to be true because Gigi Hadid is all fine with her close friend working with her boyfriend. As for Gigi, she is confident about her relationship with Zayn and she did not restrict him in working with Taylor.

The song had received positive reviews and their amazing output of their partnership was appreciated, as for their fans they are sure to go crazy watching both the stars together. The video for the soundtrack was filmed at St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel, a Historic place in London.
