Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus Specs, Release Date And Price: Powerful Flagship To Lauch Soon

Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus will be the company's best smartphones when released this year. After the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 fiasco, the company has high expectations from Galaxy S8 Plus and it is believed that it will be the best Samsung smartphone to date.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus will have a 6.2-inch display, reported Forbes. The smartphone is said to feature minimal bezels to fit the big display into the almost same chassis size that of the Galaxy S7 Edge. This is evident from some leaked cases designed for the upcoming Galaxy S8 Plus. Samsung will opt for glass and aluminum body for the next flagship smartphone.

The smartphone is expected to ship with Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 or equivalent Samsung Exynos 8895 SoC with 6GB RAM, reported GSMArena. The device will have a high-end Super AMOLED screen with 1440x2560 resolution and a pixel density of around 475 ppi. Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus will have an Always-On 3D touch display, a USB V 3.1 Type-C connector and will be IP68 certified.

Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus will sport dual 12MP cameras with many enhancements and features including simultaneous 4K video recording and image capturing. The rear camera will be one of the best in any smartphone. The secondary too camera will have an HDR mode.

Of all the leaks and speculations, the Galaxy S8 Plus will have a "Beast Mode" which will increase the performance and speed of the smartphone through a software trick. Also, Samsung has already applied a trademark for Galaxy S8 Plus which means that the smartphone is near. This smartphone is also expected to feature iris scanner just like that on the Galaxy Note 7.

Samsung has reportedly signed up a new manufacturer for the batteries of Galaxy S8 Plus and it might feature a 3600mAH battery as reported. However, the battery life will be slightly better than the previous generation, as the new processors are battery efficient. Samsung is expected to launch the smartphone at Mobile World Congress 2017 in Barcelona.
