Joe Jonas And Demi Lovato's Selfie Revives Hope For 'Camp Rock 3', Jonas Brothers' Reunion

Is Disney thinking of reviving its hit franchise "Camp Rock" with a third installment? If its planning anything of the sort, it seems that lead star Demi Lovato and Jo Jonas would be completely up for Camp Rock 3.

According to a report by Entertainment Today, Joe posted a selfie of himself and ex-girlfriend Demi Lovato as they were hanging out Roc Nation Pre-GRAMMY Brunch in LA with the caption CR3?

Fans were quick to pounce on the tease and immediately connected the caption to the possibility of a "Camp Rock 3" which they have been waiting for for a long time. Their hopes were further raised when Demi quickly retweeted and liked the post.

While the Disney channel alums dated briefly in 2010, both managed to stay friends and remained supportive of each other's careers. They went on tour together to perform songs from "Camp Rock" while Demi also worked with Joe's brother Nick while on tour last year.

A lot has happened since the 2010 release of "Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam" as the individual careers of the lead stars Demi, Joe, and Nick have taken off. Kevin has also gotten himself married to his long time sweetheart and kept a low profile after starring in a reality show with his wife Danielle Deleasa in 2012, a year before the Jonas Brothers disbanded. If "Camp Rock 3" should happen, this could also mark a reunion for the Jonas Brothers, which fans have been longing for since the brothers chose to go their separate ways career-wise.

This wasn't the first time that Demi expressed openness to reviving the franchise. It can be recalled that in November last year, a fan pitched the idea of "Camp Rock 3" which she picked up on and retweeted to her co-stars, reported Cambio.

She even shared her own idea for the plot of the sequel and tweeted to the Jonas Brothers that she missed and loved them. In her tweet, she said that her character could fall in love with guy who says "graham crackers."
