Suiryu may be the only capable person to fight Gouketsu on the Arena. Genos was defeated and Saitama was nowhere to be found. Gouketsu and The Three Crows are disaster level Dragon and Demon respectively and only Class S heroes are able to defeat them. Snek and Lightning Max, both Class A heroes, were defeated with a swift kick. With this high-leveled monsters from Monster Association, what would happen to Heroes' Association?

According to One Punch Man Wikia, Gouketsu is the first ever champion of the "Super Fight" Tournament. He was as arrogant and cruel like Bakuzan and Choze. He challenged the monster Orochi but is defeated by the monster. He was then taken to the monster's hideout, in which instead of killing, Orochi offered Gouketsu more power by eating monster cells and becoming a monster.

Gouketsu offered all the tournament participants to eat the Monster Cells and become a monster, or he would kill them if they refuse. Rosie was the first to eat a Monster Cell and he became stronger than before. Choze, a powerful contender easily defeated Rosie. Thinking that he can defeat Saitama easily by eating Monster Cell, he munched one and became a monster. He does look similar to Garou's final form in One Punch Man ONE.

Other participants decided to eat monster cells and it seems that the remaining participants will be killed if they will not eat the Monster Cell. It is now up to Suiryuu to protect them and defeat The Three Crows and Gouketsu. If Suiryuu is able to defeat Gouketsu, there is a big chance that with training and improvement (like what Garou did), he can be as powerful as Garou and is able to be a challenge to Saitama. When Garou and Suiryuu combined their powers, it is possible that Saitama can taste its first ever defeat.
