EDC Las Vegas 2013 [LINEUP] Announced: Tickets Sold Out for Electric Daisy Carnival June 21-23, Kaskade NOT Performing at Festival

The EDC Las Vegas 2013 full LINEUP has finally been announced!

Insomniac Events' 17th Annual Electric Daisy Carnival, which will take place at Motor Speedway June 21st-23rd in "Sin City," unveiled its impressive lineup on Wednesday, following their Monday announcement that tickets for the 2013 summer festival have already sold out.

The set list contains more than 200 acts (music, art and theatrical), notes Las Vegas Weekly, and eight of DJ Mag's top 10-ranked names are among them: Armin van Buuren (No. 1), Tiësto (2), Avicii (3), Hardwell (6), Dash Berlin (7), Above & Beyond (8), Afrojack (9) and Skrillex (10, who will perform as Dog Blood with Boys Noize).

While the LINEUP features some of the biggest DJ names in the EDM scene, Kaskade was mistakenly put on the list and will NOT be performing this year. Kaskade tweeted this morning to clear up the confusion:

"I just saw the EDC Las Vegas announcement and there has been a mistake as I am not playing the festival this year." The DJ continued,

"Not sure how that happened - a lot of artists in the mix with a huge festival like that and looks like something got mixed up...Yeah this is a little awkward."

Kaskade will, however, be performing at Marquee in Las Vegas that Saturday.

EDC Las Vegas is expected to draw nearly 350,000 festival attendees, states Crave. Insomniac wants to provide only the best for their loyal fans.
