The "Final Fantasy VII Remake" announcement might just be around the corner. Game director Tetsuya Nomura will be at the Monaco Anime Game International Conference (MAGIC) on Feb. 18 and fans are hoping that he will finally reveal details about the remake, its trailer, and battle scenes.

The first "Final Fantasy VII" was released in 1997. The role playing game was developed by Square and released in Western countries by Sony Computer Entertainment. Now, Square Enix will be celebrating the franchise's 30th anniversary with a "Final Fantasy VII Remake".

According to Express, Tetsuya Nomura will attend MAGIC, a fan conference tomorrow. Although he hasn't revealed anything so far, it will be inevitable that fans will ask him about the "Final Fantasy VII Remake". Another thing that fans want to know is whether the game will finally have an Xbox One version.

This hopeful wishing came after producer Yoshinori Kitase revealed that "Final Fantasy VII Remake" will be made available to different consoles. Kitase talked to Famitsu magazine (via Siliconera) about the game and other details the fans can expect. Kitase teased that they were currently working on the announcement trailer, which could be released soon.

Kitase revealed that the "Final Fantasy VII Remake" will be episodic in nature. Between the episodes, the company is planning to release videos while the fans wait. It's not sure what videos will be sent out, but the producer said that the crew is still working on those fillers in between episode releases.

"Final Fantasy VII Remake" fans will also be glad to know that Kitase promises that the battle scenes will be epic. Mitsunori Takahashi, who also did "Kingdom Hearts" will work with Nomura for the remake. Also, the producers and game designers are working hard to make sure that the quality per episode will not waver in between releases.

There's still no news about the release date, but Kitase said that he wanted to "Final Fantasy VII Remake" trailer to accompany the announcement. While there are some things that the remake will change, it will retain the parts of the original that the fans loved.
