Song Joong Ki, Song Hye Kyo Breakup? 'Descendants of the Sun' Series Rumored For A Sequel

Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo are said to be going on the rocks as their relationship is rumored to be going through times. Despite the heightened rumors that are been circulating in regards to the couple's break up, it was mentioned that their hit TV series will be having a sequel.

It still remains unclear as to whether Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo are in a relationship, or if the couple did, in fact, tie the knot. According to Korea Portal, the couple still hasn't confirmed their relationship, but their gestures seem to expose their hidden relationship. The couple kept mum in regards to their relationship rumor, which led to speculations that they secretly married.

Though the couple still hasn't confirmed their relationship status, rumors that the couple already broke up made the rounds on the internet. One of the most far out rumors that circulated over the internet, however, were Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo split as Song Joong Ki was inked to the "Love in the Moonlight" actor, Park Bo Gum.

These allegations, however, were slammed as Song Joong Ki cleared out that they were just friends. During an interview that IBT covered, Song Joong Ki opened up about his past relationships where it was revealed that his longest relationship lasted for six years.

 "I met my first girlfriend when I was in the ninth grade," Song Joong Ki stated when he was asked about his previous relationship. "She dumped me after only 103 days."

In regards to Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo TV show, "Descendants of the Sun," are reportedly in the works as the show runners are already planning for a back-up plan in having the storyline accomplished. iTech Post released hints that the show will have a sequel, but it still remains unconfirmed as to what the storyline would be and who would replace Song Joong Ki as he is out to serve the military.
