Demi Lovato, Taylor Swift ''Feud': 'Heart Attack' Singer did NOT Diss Harry Styles' Ex-Girlfriend or her Love Life, Denies Dating Niall Horan

There's no need to have a "heart attack"... Demi Lovato has revealed that she and Taylor Swift are NOT feuding!

Contrary to recent rumors from writers and bloggers (like Perez Hilton) trying to stir up "Trouble" for the young singers, the X-Factor judge denies that she was "throwing shade" or dissing Swift's love life with her recent comment in a Company interview: 

"I don't care about Taylor Swift's love life. I don't care about Harry Styles' love life. I care about mine. I find it weird that people are so obsessed with other people's love lives!"

This was Lovato's response when the magazine asked for her opinion on "Taylor Swift's high profile relationship" with One Direction-er Harry Styles. The query came after the "Skyscraper" singer was also asked if she and Styles' band mate Niall Horan were dating. 

When the interview was printed in the June edition of Company magazine, the comment about the 23-year-old country singer stirred up some controversy. Celebrity blogger, Perez Hilton, called Demi out on Twitter and tagged the star in a tweet linked to his article:

"@ddlovato Demi Lovato Throws Some More Shade Over Taylor Swift! OUCH!"

Demi Lovato responded to Perez's post a few hours later, denying dissing Taylor's infamous love life. She defended her statement with:

"@PerezHilton that wasn't shade, I love her... I just find it insane how people care so much about others personal business. :)"

As for Demi's statements regarding her own "love life," she shot down the Niall rumors.

"I'm so tired of that! It never happened. Niall's a really sweet guy and I definitely consider him a friend, but it's never crossed that line...He's a sweet kid and we have an understanding, but we're just friends."

Although Lovato claims to "love" Swift in her recent tweet, she also reportedly made a statement back in March that swiftly swayed the pubic in the opposite direction.

On March 13, Demi, 20, was interviewed on Minnesota radio station, KDWB, and when asked why her fans are so "hardcore," she answered with this comparison:

"A lot of celebrities don't open up to their fans. They just tell them what they want to hear. They don't really tell them things that can benefit their lives. They just, you know, maybe flaunt around a boyfriend and sell a couple albums. That's not what my career is about."
