‘The Winds Of Winter’ Spoilers: Jon Snow, Daenerys Targaryen Get Married?

Daenerys Targaryen would need a king by her side when she claims the Iron Throne. The only probable contenders for her hand in marriage seem to be Jon Snow and Aegon Targaryen. However, every "Game Of Thrones" sequel "The Winds Of Winter" theory is pointing to Daenerys choosing Jon Snow over Aegon as a life partner.

According to the "Three Heads Of The Dragon" Theory, three great leaders of the Targaryen clan will bond with the three dragons to win back Westeros. We already know that the Mother Of Dragons represents the first head, which is Daenerys herself. It was still unclear who would represent the 2^nd and 3^rd head, until the "Game Of Thrones" Season 6 episode 10 aired.

That is when the big reveal was made that Jon Snow is the son of Rhaegar Targaryen and Lyanna Stark. Having Targaryen blood flowing through him makes it clear that one of the two comrades that Daenerys will be flanked by, as she marches to conquer the Seven Kingdoms would be none other than Jon Snow, making him the 2^nd Dragon Head, Inverse reported.

The third and final dragon head could be Aegon Targaryen. He is the first born son of Rhaegar Targaryen and his wife Elia, and hence carries the potential to be Daenerys' soul mate in "The Winds Of Winter". According to Movie Pilot, Daenerys even had a vision of Rhaegar, her elder brother, addressing Aegon, and saying, "He is the prince that was promised, and his is the song of ice and fire."

Even though the storylines of all the three future Dragon Heads was headed for different directions till now, they will soon converge in the upcoming "Game Of Thrones" Season 7 and George R.R. Martin's yet-to-be-released book "The Winds Of Winter". Jon Snow will come to know of his Targaryen lineage and come face to face with Daenerys Targaryen. Aegon, who was once out pursuing Daenerys, to ask her hand in marriage and was sent to Westeros as a detour, will resume his journey once again.

It will be interesting to see what kind of equation develops between the three and how far down the timeline they actually encounter each other. For now, however, GOT fans are busy shipping Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen, pretty convinced that both of them will end up together and rule Westeros in the end.
