It looks like Samsung's bad luck isn't over yet. And it seems like its China operation is the one that has been affected the most. Unfortunate event over an unfortunate event, Samsung's market share in China is dwindling and the Korean company seems to be having a problem selling its Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro phone.

Samsung is still in big trouble and it is not just because of its exploding phones last year. China is one of the biggest markets of Samsung, with 16.6% on 2014. But Samsung's image in China has been pretty bad lately, and the bad image doesn't help to promote the Samsung Galaxy C7.  As reported by Fortune, one of Samsung's Battery Factory in China exploded. These battery types are said to power the upcoming Galaxy S8 which will be on sale in April.

With weakening market share, it is concluded that Samsung Galaxy C7, which is only exclusive to China, is hard to sell. That's why the Korean company decided to offer the Galaxy C7 to the world. The Galaxy C7 isn't a bad phone, with 2.2 GHz Octa-core CPU, 5.7 inches Super AMOLED screen, and 1920 x 1028 FHD resolution and 4GB of RAM and 64GB of ROM. The camera is its greatest feature, with 16MP on main and front. The phone sports 3300mAh battery capacity which can last up to 110 hours. Orders can be placed on Samsung China official website.

Samsung took a hard hit from its exploding phones last year, but it is not really the only reason why it is in big trouble. Rising smartphone manufacturers such as Huawei and Oppo Electronics are outpacing Samsung based on market share. In fact, Huawei stole the number one spot from Samsung on 2015 and retained the spot last year. The souring Sino-South Korean relation is also to blame. Samsung's mobile phone and TV sales shrank when Seoul decided to support American plans to deploy a ground-based missile defense system to South Korea, as reported by Nikkei Asia. Workforce cuts are expected to begin soon. The Samsung Galaxy C7 is expected to somehow relieve the crisis through sale from other markets.
