Naomie Harris recently hinted at the return of Daniel Craig to the "James Bond" franchise at the OBE Awards last week. She voiced out her belief that Craig will reprise Agent 007 in the "Spectre" sequel, "Bond 25," since fans and his co-stars want him to return.

Harris is optimistic that "Spectre" would not be the last time Craig portrays James Bond. She believes that the actor would not leave the franchise, given that his portrayal of Agent 007 brought the franchise great success. Harris said that there is a very good chance that Craig will be in "Bond 25."

"I think the fact that the last two Bonds - Spectre and Skyfall - have been the highest-grossing Bond movies of all time shows that people love him as Bond, and they desperately want him to return. I know that Barbara and Michael - our producers - desperately want him back, so I think the only person that needs persuading is Daniel," Harris told Just Jared.

However, it is all up to Craig if he wants to reprise James Bond in "Bond 25." Harris pointed out that he must be willing to return and not be pressured into reprising the role. She said that Craig must do what he feels is right. Regardless, Harris also thought that it would be too early to look for other actors to replace Craig as Agent 007.

As it stands, Craig has yet to confirm his involvement in the "Spectre" sequel. According to Mail Online, the producers have offered him a higher wage deal in exchange for his return. Still, Craig has not contacted the management about his decision to star in "Bond 25" or not.

Producers have set "Bond 25" for production in 2017 and an October 2018 release. However, they may have to change the release date considering the casting situation. They have no James Bond yet since they are still waiting for Craig's final word about his return to the franchise.
