The Merc with the Mouth will return next year in "Deadpool 2", but a new teaser video was just released this month. The video packs several Easter Eggs and even a Stan Lee cameo, which apparently was cut from the movie's theatrical version.

The first "Deadpool" film grossed over $783 million and was the highest R-rated movie of all time. It's no wonder fans are clamoring for more of the snarky Deadpool. "Deadpool 2" will be released next year, but thankfully, Ryan Reynolds launched a teaser video recently on Youtube and the cinemas, which are currently screening "Logan", according to The Guardian.

The "Deadpool 2" teaser video has a lot of Easter Eggs and also pokes fun at several superhero movies. The most obvious is the phone booth change, which takes a dig at the old Superman films. Seeing a man accosted by a thief, Wade Wilson runs to the phone booth so that he could change costume and become Deadpool. While running, he passes by a cinema house currently showing "Logan".

Unfortunately, Deadpool takes too long in the phone booth. The victim gets shot before Deadpool can even save him. After Deadpool changes into his costume, Stan Lee arrives at the scene to say, "Wow, nice suit." To which Deadpool replies, "Zip it, Stan Lee!"

According to Comicbook, Stan Lee's cameo was not included in the actual "Deadpool 2" movie. MCU fans have made it a game to spot Stan Lee in every Marvel film, but lately he hasn't been able to make a cameo in some recent movies like "X-Men: Days of Future Past" and "Logan". His scene was also shredded off the "Deadpool" sequel, but he did thank Reynolds for keeping him in the teaser video.

Other Easter Eggs that sharp-eyed fans will notice is that the vandalism on the phone booth hints that Nathan Summers will be on screen soon. Comic book readers will know that Nathan Summers is the alter ego of Cable, who will be part of the "Deadpool 2" cast. Another name on the phone booth is Hope, which could point to Hope Summers, the first mutant born after the "House of M" and "Decimation" arc.

Other fans will also notice that the end credits of the "Deadpool 2" teaser video features a Deadpool storytelling of Ernest Hemingway's "The Old Man and the Sea". The teaser video does not actually contain the scenes from the movie, according to the director. They merely serve to remind fans about Deadpool's return. The sequel will be out in 2018, although the release date has not been revealed yet.
