Josh Duggar has been out of the small screens for some time. Having been involved in scandals in 2015, he has since not appeared in his family's spinoff series "Counting On." However, recent reports suggest that he may soon return to the small screens.

The rumors stem from the recent photo uploaded on the Duggars' official Facebook page. The photo was posted in celebration of Josh's 29^th birthday. According to PEOPLE, Josh Duggar is joined by his wife, Anna, Mackynzie, Michael, Marcus, and Meredith in the photo.

Some fans pointed out that the photo was taken at the same time during fall of 2016. Fans reportedly feel that they have been lied to. According to Blasting News, the latest Josh Duggar family photo has led fans to believe that the Duggars are trying to paint a picture-perfect atmosphere in the air. However, fans are allegedly not convinced.

Since the photo was not a recent one, some fans are speculating that there is trouble within Josh Duggar's home. Ever since Josh's molestation scandals emerged, Anna has also kept a low profile. On the other hand, she appeared in some episodes of "Counting On."

There have also been rumors suggesting that the Josh Duggar and his wife are going through therapy. However, some fans believe that it isn't enough to get Josh off of his porn addiction. The Duggars have yet to officially address the rumors.

It appears that viewers who watched Josh Duggar in "19 Kids and Counting" are still unable to believe what the eldest Duggar child has gone through. On May 2015, legal documents of Josh with child molestation allegations emerged. Since then, the father of four has admitted to molesting five young girls as a teen.

According to E! News, Josh Duggar has gone through Christian programs when the allegations were first brought to the attention of Jim Bob and Michelle. However, no official complaints were filed until the documents emerged in 2015. "19 Kids and Counting" was canceled by TLC and Josh entered a faith-based rehab facility in Illinois.
