A much-loved character is expected to appear sometime in the Tournament of Power. Although this bit of news has not been confirmed, "Dragon Ball Super" fans are still ecstatic. Who is this character and what can fans expect from his potential appearance?

According to Enstarz, there is excitement in the air as it is speculated that Vegito may appear in the new "Dragon Ball Super" arc. The outlet notes that Vegito's highly anticipated appearance will only depend on the competitions' set of rules. At this point, it has not been announced if fusion is prohibited.

Vegito is the fusion version of Goku and Vegeta. Two of the most powerful Saiyans can produce what could be the almost-perfect Saiyan that fans know from the franchise. Vegito's appearance in the newest "Dragon Ball Super" arc could boost the interest of fans further.

The Tournament of Power prohibits the use of any weapons. While the Potara earrings that Goku and Vegeta need to fuse into Vegito are not weapons, they can be considered tools. This could pave the way for Gogeta to appear in "Dragon Ball Super" instead.

Otakukart also noted in January that Vegito's appearance in the last "Dragon Ball Super" arc was not so long. Fans can expect that if the character appears in the Tournament of Power, he may not have a lot of air time. The exposure of Vegito in the previous arc didn't really satisfy fans. This time, the results may be the same.

On the other hand, there is a possibility that Vegito will appear for a longer time in "Dragon Ball Super." Still, it may come at the last moment or so. This is because Vegeta and Goku don't like fusing. They only do it when they have no choice.

Meanwhile, Comic Book reports that a new ending theme is being prepared for the new "Dragon Ball Super" arc. Miyu Inoue will be singing "Bookie Back" for the new track. The song will start airing on April 2 and will start selling on April 19.

"Dragon Ball Super" airs every Sunday on Fuji TV. Stay tuned for more updates.
