Backstreet Boys On One Direction's Performance While Justin Bieber Doesn’t ''Hold A Candle"

A feeling of nostalgia when the Backstreet Boys comes around performing their legendary song hits. However, it looks like the legendary boy band is not entertained by the new generation boy group One Direction.

Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, Brian Littrell, AJ McLean and Kevin Richardson have given their fans a major throwback when they returned to the pop music scene with a brand new Las Vegas residency. Backstreet Boys had set up a shop at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino's AXIS Theatre.

In a recent interview with E!news, band member, Howie Dorough, admitted that he wasn't impressed by the young boy band "One Direction," while revealing his experience during One Direction's concert. "The new wave of boy band says, 'Oh, we don't do what they do," but to be honest, to me it's not as entertaining," Howie said. "What we do is we truly entertain people." For him, it was about the music, staging, dancing and everything.

In an addition to what Howie said, Nick Carter also shared that the choreographed dance moves and matching costumes maintained their success for decades, even they have gone separate ways and reunited. It was always about the show, regardless of how great the music they were making, unrealitytv shared.

Backstreet Boys didn't even miss to diss the young hitmaker, Justin Beiber. According to Carter, Justin Beiber "doesn't hold a candle" compare to what they did before, thankfully social media wasn't that sensational before.

Meanwhile, back to their new Las Vegas residency, the legendary boy band had their show "Backstreet Boys: Larger Than Life," and a footage of their past performances was shown, including baby pictures of members Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, Brian Littrell, AJ McLean and Kevin Richardson. The show was described as a typical Backstreet Boys show "on steroids," as described by one of its members.
