Singer Justin Bieber is all set to return to Brazil after almost four years, but this time, the 23-year-old is facing arrest charges for illegally spray painting graffiti on a Rio hotel's wall four years ago. Following Justin's decision to make a comeback to the country, a local judge has reopened the case against him. The singer is due to play live at the Rio's Apoteose Square venue and a final concert in Sao Paulo.

According to Mail Online, Justin Bieber looked "cool and composed" after landing in Brazil. Despite arrest fears, he was spotted enjoying the serene beaches showing off his stomach in a bizarre white crop top and red trackies. An earlier report on the same media house stated that "Love Yourself" singer is facing "crime against the city order and cultural heritage" for illegally spraying the wall of £23million hotel during his last visit. The case was closed after the Canadian singer left the country as the officials couldn't notify him of any charges.

In an official statement, the Public Prosecution Service in Rio said that the prosecution has requested the court to issue a writ of summons for Justin Bieber to make him aware of the charges. The statement further added that the singer will have to sign few documents to confirm that he is aware of the case and will also have to hire a lawyer to defend himself.

News.com highlighted that fans have already started camping at the Apoteose Square to get a glimpse of their favorite idol. In addition, Justin Bieber also showed off his latest tattoo--an eagle across his stomach--to his Brazilians fans at the beach.

Justin Bieber is likely to leave the country after his finale on Sunday and before that he will be questioned by the local police. In Brazil, defacing any building is a crime and is punishable by up to one year in jail or a fine.
