Samsung Galaxy S8 Pre-orders Reach 550,000 In Korea Within 2 Days

Samsung's newly launched Galaxy S8 Smartphone is at peak currently. The Samsung Galaxy S8 Smartphone pre-orders are going to another level and is going as per the expectations made by the company. The pre-orders in Korea alone have reached more than 550,000 units within two days. The company in the home country has started the pre-orders on April 7, 2017.

According to Business Korea, the Samsung Galaxy S8 smartphone pre-orders are currently far higher than the pre-orders which were seen at the time of Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy Note 7 device releases. The pre-orders, which were open from April 7 in Korea has reached more than 550,000 registrations within two days as recorded on April 9.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 had received around 400,000 pre-orders. Comparatively, it is reported that the Samsung Galaxy S8 Smartphone has 5.5 times higher pre-orders than the Samsung Galaxy S7 smartphones, which seems to be going in a right way as per the estimations made by the Seoul-based tech giant-Samsung. The company as reported earlier has target estimations of selling 58 million Galaxy S8 units globally up to December.

It is reported that the due to high potential demand the retail stores have taken up the preorders with names and contact information in advance. The report claims that the high demand for Samsung Galaxy S8 smartphones is because of the heavy -scale marketing campaigns made by the Samsung and nation's three mobile carriers. In addition, it is reported that other businesses in various industries, such as mobile virtual network operator (MVNO), airliner and game, have carried out a larger marketing campaign which in turn has boosted the preorders.

The companies have also made Samsung Galaxy S8 Smartphone hit the tech market with free gifts, which includes Bluetooth speakers and Smartphone accessories. As far as the mobile carriers are concerned, it is reported that they have offered specialized programs.
