Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017) Appears on Sprint As Galaxy J7 Perx At $265

Samsung's globally known handset Galaxy J7 (2017) has been introduced with a different name by the United States carrier 'Sprint.' The Samsung Galaxy J7 Perx is the device that has appeared on the Sprint's online store carrying all the specifications and features similar to that of Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017) which received the Wi-Fi Alliance certification recently.

As per the Shop Sprint listing, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Perx smartphone features a 5.5-inch display with 1280 pixels by 720 pixels resolution. Under the hood, the device is powered by 2.2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 625 MSM8953 processor coupled with Adreno 506 GPU and 2GB of RAM. The device is seen listed with 16GB of internal storage with a provision of further expansion of storage up to 256GB via microSD card. But, it is clearly mentioned that the microSD card will not be included with the phone package and need to bought separately.

The Samsung Galaxy J7 Perx smartphone on the website is featuring an 8-megpixel camera with a flashlight on the rear face and a 5-megapixel camera on the front face. The device will come with Android 7.0 Nougat Operating system straight out of the box and it is equipped with a powerful 3,300mAh Li-Ion removable battery with a talk time up to 40 hours.

The Samsung Galaxy J7 Perx smartphone measures 5.54 x 2.76 x 0.34 inches and weighs about 4.87 oz. The device has various connectivity options including 4G LTE, Wi-FI, Bluetooth, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack etc. It shall be noted that the device doesn't support LTE Plus network.

Sprint carrier claims that the device users can experience crystal clear call quality with reduced background noise while calling another Sprint HD Voice-enabled phone on the Sprint network. The network carrier has set a price tag of $265 for out-right purchase.

Sprint has also provided another option for the customers to buy the Samsung Galaxy J7 Perx smartphone and that is by paying $11 per month up to 24 months without any initial payment. The device delivery package is mentioned to have a 3,300 mAh Lithium Ion Battery (removable), USB 2.0 Charger with Cable and SIM Card installed inside the device.
