Now that "Iron Man 3" has made its way to theaters and is blowing away the competition at the box office, the next big superhero movie this summer is "Man of Steel." The latest attempt at re-creating the once proud Superman franchise will hit theaters June 14 with a lot on the line for Warner Bros.. There is a new director, Zack Snyder, a new Superman, Henry Cavill, new Lois Lane, Amy Adams, and basically new everything. The latest news from "Man of Steel" is the release of yet another new movie poster.

With about a month before the movie hits theaters, promotion should start to ramp up for "Man of Steel." the movie has no shortage of big name stars. As mentioned before, Henry Cavill will be playing Superman, Amy Adams will be Lois Lane, Russell Crowe will play Jor-El, Kevin Costner and Diane Lane will play Clark Kent's parents, and Michael Shannon will play the main villain General Zod.

There have been plenty of rumors involving Lex Luthor and whether or not he will make an appearance in "Man of Steel." Based on all the hints, my guess is that a small preview will be given to Luthor being in the next film. Will he actually appear? That remains to be seen.

There also has been a lot made of the new direction Zach Snyder's "Man of Steel" seems to be taking. Instead of Superman's usually lighter, happier theme, "Man of Steel" seems to be going the route of Batman's new angle. It seems like a darker look into Clark Kent's beginnings will play a major role in the "Man of Steel" storyline. It certainly worked for the "Dark Knight" franchise, but will it work with "Man of Steel?"

The latest poster of "Man of Steel" shows Superman flying towards the sky. Really, there is not much to see in the poster. Obviously the movie studio is keeping things as close to the vest as possible. With the movie's premiere date growing closer though, look for more information to be released.
