Kanye West Hits Head [VIDEO] WATCH Rapper Smack Head Into Street Sign While Walking With Kim Kardashian, Flips Out On Paparazzi

Poor Kanye West hit his head in an embarrassing moment caught on tape (almost). The hip-hop star and Kim Kardashian were in Beverly Hills being photographed by paparazzi (as usual) when Kanye hit his head on a sign. We knew Kanye had a big head, but jeez, be careful with that thing! Kanye was walking with his head down, holding hands with Kim, trying to avoid the paparazzi when he didn't see a street sign ahead of him. Unfortunately, the camera man actually missed Kanye accidentally running face first into the sign, but you could hear his head hitting the metal sign. As you can imagine, Kanye was not pleased.

The video, caught by TMZ, showed everything but Kanye actually hitting his head. However, it's still worth checking out (below.) After Kanye runs into the sign, he held his head for a second before continuing to walk into a restaurant with Kim. Kanye started to lose his cool on the paparazzi yelling at them to stop taking pictures.

The paparazzi, being the caring individuals that they are, immediately asking the rapper if he was okay after he hit his head. For some reason, Kanye didn't take their concern as being sincere (note the sarcasm).

It didn't seem like Kanye was seriously injured, as he quickly rushed into the restaurant after yelling at the paparazzi for having the audacity to take pictures of him. The only thing that may have been injured was Kanye's ego as his embarrassing run-in with a street sign was caught on camera.
