“The Bachelorette” Rachel Lindsay used to date NBA superstar Kevin Durant back when they both attended the University of Texas. It is unclear though how long their relationship lasted but it could have not been long since Durant only spent a year at the university. Reportedly, it was Lindsay who was the one to break things off.

According to US Weekly, Rachel Lindsay made the decision before she began attending law school at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She went on to become a lawyer after getting her B.S. in Sports Management. She is now the new star of the hit ABC reality series. Meanwhile, Kevin Durant and the Golden State Warriors are two game away from winning the 2017 NBA Finals against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Rachel Lindsay, the first black contestant of “The Bachelorette,” recently gushed that she’s very much engaged and in love to the man she picked. The identity of her fiancé, however, will remain a secret until August. On her recent appearance in “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” Lindsay revealed that she hasn’t seen the man she is engaged to since they finished taping the finale.
