"Attack on Titan" Season 2 Episode 12 is reported to be postponed, but it might be to pave way for a special season finale. Season 3 is possible, and it will tackle the Marleyan side of the story away from Paradis. The traitor, Reiner Braun, might come back as an ally based on what's happening in the manga.

The season finale of "Attack on Titan" season 2 will be postponed and as it is reported that the final episode will be something special. As the last episode features Eren's rescue and there's still a lot of questions left unanswered, the finale is likely to become a cliffhanger, as reported by Anime Blog. And just like the hype for the Beast Titan's identity at the beginning of the season, he will also be the one dropping the biggest cliffhanger the season 2 has ever seen. It can be remembered that the Beast Titan got some business to do inside the walls.

As per the season 3 of "Attack on Titan", the nation of Marley will be featured. It seems like Marley is that "Hometown" Reiner and Bertholdt has been talking about. Unlike on the Paradis, or the walled world where Eren and his friends were born, the nation of Marley is aware of Paradis' existence. The truth about Titans and Titan shifters is also eyed to be the focus of the next season.

*Spoiler alerts* Reiner and Bertholdt were the latest traitors of the humankind in the nation of Paradis. After their traitorous acts, everyone surely hates them. But there's an interesting turn of events happening in the latest chapter of the manga. Reiner might fight alongside soldiers again, or at least there's a chance for that, as he seems to still be conflicted about his former comrades in Paradis, as reported by Korea Portal.
