Miley Cyrus New Single: 'We Can't Stop' to Debut at Billboard Awards; Maxim's #1 Hottest Female Rocks Jumpsuit to 'Hot 100' Party

The new single from MIley Cyrus, "We Can't Stop," hasn't even been released yet, and it's already trending on Twitter!

Maxim's #1 Hottest Female revealed the name of her first single from her upcoming album (although we got a preview of her new sound on Snoop's "Ashtrays & Heartbreaks" track), and hinted that "We Can't Stop" may make its debut at the Billboard Music Awards this Sunday night.

"Cats outta the bag! LETS TREND MY 1st SINGLE #wecantstop," Miley tweeted Thursday night around 8pm. Within 15 minutes, "Smilers" delivered and made Miley's unreleased song title trend worldwide. She uploaded the picture seen below to prove that her fans are the best and captioned it with: "#nowTHATSatrendingtopic #wecantstop"

Another Twitter revelation from the "Party in the USA" singer was made around the same time Thursday evening:

"Big announcement about #wecantstop coming @billboard"

Cyrus first teased her fans that Billboard Music Awards would be a special night when the star tweeted last week, "Maybe y'all will find out a LIL sum at the up coming @billboard music awards...Maybe.... Like.... A.... Singgggg.....llllleeeee................."

It seems as if Miley "can't stop" making headlines these days! Liam Hemsworth's fiance showed up to Maxim's "Hot 100" party on Wednesday night in a stunning strapless black-and-white Valentino jumpsuit to claim her spot at the top of the 2013's "Hot 100" list.

Miley prematureley revealed the news that she was voted Maxim's #1 even before the publication made the announcement!

"Didn't know this was coming out yet! I'm so happy to be #1 on Maxims HOT 100! #myfanskickass #dreamsdocometrue," she tweeted.

This statement caused much controversy, and Cyrus dished the details to Access Hollywood when they caught up with the singer at "Create Nightclub" in Hollywood on Wednesday night.

"If I'm nominated for something or if I win anything or if I [hear] anything my fans know before anyone tells me, I'm like, 'Oh, it's out.' so I'm just allowed to [talk about it]," she attempted to explain her Twitter revelation.

"And then I got a call like three minutes later [asking], 'Can you delete that Tweet?'"

Miley refused & responded, "Twelve million people already saw it..."I'm not gonna take it down."

Another confession from Maxim's hottest at the "Hot 100" party included which celebrity she thought should have been voted number 1,

"I think Rihanna is No. 1, I really do," the modest 20-year-old Cyrus told VIBE on the red carpet. "She's, like, so hot."

Vibe then reportedly asked Cyrus if she'd make out with Rihanna. She laughed off the question with "We'll see."

"It feels amazing to be No. 1, especially because it was voted on by the fans. I have the best fans in the world!" she revealed to Us Weekly. "It's every woman's fantasy to be told she's No.1 on Maxim's Hot 100! So crazy!"

Hopefully "We Can't Stop" will be as hot as the top female on Maxim's 2013 "Hot 100" list!
