Austin Mahone: New Single 'What About Love' Sneak Peek Music Video [WATCH], His 'Mahomies,' Opening for Taylor Swift's 'Red' Tour

Everyone may not know who Austin Mahone is yet, but his passionate and large fan base known as the "Mahomies" are sure to help the 17-year-old singer propel into superstardom, if he hasn't already. Mahone became popular in 2011 after releasing viral YouTube videos. Mahone's first single "11:11" and "Say Somethin" caught on and he has nearly 3 million followers on Twitter and Facebook, while his YouTube page has over 800,000 subscribers. The teen sensation now has a new single titled "What About Love" coming out Monday, June 10. Oh, and he also is opening up for Taylor Swift on her "Red" world tour.

To promote the release of his new single, Mahone will be doing an MTV Twitter takeover on Monday. According to MTV.com, the teen singer will also be on MTV for a live streaming session at 4pm. Mahone will be taking questions from his fans on everything from his new single to touring with Taylor Swift.

Mahone also just released a sneak peek at his "What About Love" music video. Mahone tweeted, "HERE IT IS!!!... #iHeartAustinMahone @Iheartradio #WhatAboutLoveVideoPreview PLEASE RT!!" Included in the tweet was a link to a YouTube video of his new video (or about 50 seconds of the video) that he debuted on iHeart radio. You can watch the video below.

Mahone also made news recently by being a part of AwesomenessTV's network of YouTube channels. According to Reuters via Chicago Tribune, Mahone and popular Australian band The Janoskians were added to Awesomeness TV's YouTube channel putting the channel over 1 billion views.
