After the second single from the much-anticipated upcoming Jonas Brothers album leaked onto the Internet earlier this week, the JoBros have announced an official date for "First Time" to drop: June 25.

The news of the leak hit Twitter yesterday (June 14), when the boys tweeted that iTunes had mistakenly released the song for sale for about 12 hours.

Fans lucky enough to catch the premature sale were able to purchase the song before its due date.  Once iTunes realized the mistake, the company removed the song from its store.

The mid-tempo love song swells with emotion, as opposed to the group's first single "Pom Poms," which is notably much more upbeat. It's the perfect follow-up for the group, who are looking to compete with new, younger boy bands like One Direction and The Wanted after a three-year long hiatus.

Since being leaked, the track is managing to get some circulation around the web, despite being quickly taken off YouTube as soon as new videos emerge.  Fans who missed the initial leak and are looking to find the song may face difficulties finding the official version of "First Time" online.

However, it may not be necessary to wait until June 25 to hear the song again. The Jonas Brothers are set to perform at the Miss USA pageant this weekend. It's expected that they will play "First Time" to promote the new single off their untitled new 2013 album.

Youngest brother Nick Jonas is co-hosting the annual event with Giuliana Rancic, so it's only natural that he and his brothers will perform. Miss USA 2013 will air at 9 p.m. Sunday on NBC.

If that's not enough of a Jonas Brothers fix for fans, the trio will be hosting a Twitter chat this Monday at 7 p.m. EST. An announcement about a "First Time" release date was expected during the chat.

However, since that information is now live, perhaps fans can expect an album title or expected drop date? Follow #JBFirstTime to find out.
