Backstreet Boys are hard at work promoting their new 2013 single "In A World Like This." The new song was released on iTunes at midnight last night, so BSB are making their way down the East Coast to visit radio stations to support it.

Nick Carter and Howie Dorough are in Boston this morning, visiting four radio stations including WBMX, Kiss 108, WTIC and WKSS. Meanwhile, AJ McLean, Brian Litrell and Kevin Richardson are in New York City at Fresh/CBS Radio.

Meanwhile, "In A World Like This" was officially released at the earliest hour this morning. The single is doing moderately well, playing 108 on the iTunes chart as of press time.

"In A World Like This" is built from swells of harmonies, based on an acoustic guitar riff. The track is simultaneously upbeat and mid-tempo, proving that Backstreet Boys still have the means to make a great pop song 20 years into their career. The vocals are as strong as ever, and the emotion pours through the speakers.

BSB aren't just promoting their new single on radio. The boys are hard at work spreading the news of "In A World"'s release on social media.

The official Twitter has been busy all morning retweeting fans who have purchased "In A World Like This" and preordered the upcoming full-length album of the same name. Meanwhile, Littrell, Carter, Richardson and Dorough have all promoted the song on their personal Twitter pages.

Fans have also used the hashtag #InAWorldLikeThisiTunes to express their happiness about the 2013 album and song.

Official audio for "In A World Like This" was released last week. Backstreet Boys' seventh studio album In A World Like This will be released July 30.
