Justin Bieber Teases Music Journals Project, 'Heartbreaker' Release on Twitter, Manager Scooter Braun Warns 'I Don't Think the World is Ready'

Justin Bieber's fans are as anxious as ever for new music.

The "Baby" singer has been teasing fans for weeks about his new single "Heartbreaker," and he just continues to wind them up as the Twitterverse waits for new music.

Today, Biebz tweeted out, "Coming up with crazy ideas for #musicjournalis. #heartbreaker," leading some to believe that a release is coming sooner rather than later.

"I don't think the world is ready for what we have coming #heartbreaker," Bieber's manager Scooter Bruan responded.

The hashtag #musicjournals refers to Bieber's upcoming follow up to his 2012 album Believe. Bieber has reportedly been writing one new song for every city he's been to during his worldwide Believe Tour, and many are supposedly personal.

Though it's unknown what form the music journals are set to take, many fans speculate that "Heartbreaker" will be the first single from the project.

Following Bieber and Braun's tweets right before 4 p.m. today, Beliebers have been expressing their desire for the single's release.

"We're so ready!" said one fan. "CAN WE HEAR IT ALREADY?!" said another.

Bieber unveiled the artwork for "Heartbreaker" earlier this month. The album cover shows a crumbling purple heart with a small cupid's pointing his arrow at the shape. Rumors are that the song may address his relationship with ex Selena Gomez, much like the Believe Acoustic track "Nothing Like Us."

There is no official date on the release of "Heartbreaker" or the music journals, though both projects are allegedly done. All Bieber can tell fans is the very dreaded word: "soon."
