Gena Charmaine Avery: Beyonce, Solange's New Stepmother, Married Matthew Knowles, What Do We Know About the Ex-Model?

Beyonce and Solange Knowles officially have a new step mom. Us Wekly reported that Gena Charmaine Avery married Matthew Knowles last weekend in Houston, Texas. Beyonce and Solange both missed the wedding and were no-shows. At first glance there is little known about Beyonce and Solange's new step mom. So what else can we find out about Gena Charmaine Avery other than she is a 48-year-old former model who got married to Matthew Knowles on June 30th?

Avery is reportedly currently working as a real estate agent following a career as a model. Avery is not the women who Matthew Knowles cheated on his previous wife with. You may or may not have heard that Beyonce and Solange's father and mother divorced after 31 years of marriage following reports of infidelity on the part of Matthew. The Inquisitr reports that Matthew allegedly cheated on his then wife with "Scrubs" actress Alexsandra Wright. However, saying she is a "Scrubs" actress may be generous. It seems like she had few minor appearances on the show.

Wright and Matthew Knowles allegedly had a child together, which as you can assume, didn't bode well for his marriage to Beyonce and Solange's mother. There seems to be more known about Wright than Matthew Knowles' new wife.

In fact, there is practically nothing known about Avery. In the day of age when you can Google almost anyone and find out a world of information about a person, there is very little about Avery. All we know at this point is that she is 48-years-old, a former model, works in real estate now, and is married to Matthew Knowles.
