Jonas Brothers New Album 2013 'V' to Include 'Shock-Worthy' Songs, Band Performs New Song 'Found' and 'Pom Poms' Live on Canadian Show 'Much Music' [VIDEOS]

The Jonas Brothers Live Tour 2013 took a day off yesterday when Kevin, Nick and Joe stopped by Candaian TV program Much Music to play a few songs and discuss their tour 2013 and new fifth studio album entitled V ("Five").

Though the "Pom Poms" band talked about everything from their family to new songs to life on the road, the most intriguing bit of information was further dish on the sound of their new album 2013, due out sometime in the fall. In an interview snippet, Joe Jonas divulged that the record might interest people who would usually never classify themselves as Jonas Brothers fans.

"We go in to some personal stuff that we maybe wouldn't have been comfortable talking about in the past. There's some shock-worthy songs on this record that may surprise listeners that aren't jumping for the Jonas Brothers record when they go to the store," he said.

Judging from songs such as "What Do I Mean To You?" "Don't Say" and "Found," all of which have been debuted on tour, personal topics are not off the table.

In generally, the songwriting and the process of making V seems to have taken a more mature turn for this new effort. When discussing rumored third single "Neon," Joe explained that the meaning of the song is putting a visual to a hopeful feeling one expresses, and that the song's lyrics incorporate the word "neon" in different languages. Conceptually, this is leaps and bounds from the Jonases' earlier efforts.

Of course, the JoBros performed a few songs for the Much Music audience, including new song "Found." It's a much more clear video than those that have surfaced from the Jonas Brothers Live Tour and fully illustrates the track's weaving and creeping, jazzy sound.

Other songs performed included "Lovebug," "Paranoid" and "Pom Poms."
